Processing Period:

Your order will ship as soon as your order is processed, usually in 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). However, most orders placed on a business day are processed the same day and ship the following day.

Shipping Method:

Your order will be shipped via UPS.

Shipping Days:

Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) to receive your order, if your address is in the continental United States. For all other addresses, please inquire by phone at the time of order.

Tracking Numbers:

Following order shipment, we will email you a UPS tracking number.

Shipping Delays:

Mirage Distributors cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed by weather, incorrect routing or incorrect addressing. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct. Incorrectly entered addresses lead to delivery delays. If you discover that your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid an address correction charge. If your order has already been shipped, UPS will assess a rerouting or reshipping fee, which will be charged to you.

Free Shipping:

Free Shipping for purchases on this website is only applicable in the continental United States. If you reside in Canada, please visit our Canadian website: Infrared Heaters Canada. A flat $100 charge will be applied to your order for purchases shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
