Free Shipping is only applicable in Canada and the continental United States. A flat $100 charge will be applied to your order for purchases shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping costs to anywhere outside the U.S. or Canada, please inquire via the Contact Us page or call our Customer Service line at 1-888-778-8453.

Processing Period:

Your order will ship as soon as your order is processed, usually 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Shipping Method:

You order will be shipped via UPS.

Shipping Days:

Following the order processing period, please allow up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) to receive your order, if your address is in the continental United States or Canada. For all other addresses, please inquire by phone at the time of order.

Tracking Numbers:

Following order shipment, we will email you a UPS tracking number.

Shipping Delays:

Mirage Distributors cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed by weather, incorrect routing or incorrect addressing. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct. Incorrectly entered addresses lead to delivery delays. If you discover that your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid an address correction charge. If your order has already been shipped, UPS will assess a rerouting or reshipping fee, which will be charged to you.
