Return Policy | Portable Quartz Infrared Heaters

If you would like to return your Comfort Furnace or Heat-A-Lot infrared heater within the initial 30 days after purchase, simply contact us and we will handle everything for you, including sending a postal service to your home to pick up your heater.

Here is what you will need to return your heater:

Include an original receipt, invoice or a copy.
Pack the heater in its original box and packaging.

IMPORTANT!

If Mirage Distributors receives an item that is damaged or destroyed due to improper packaging, the unit will be returned and shipping charged to the customer.
